Mr. Simon Proulx

Simon Proulx is president and CEO of Val Roca Inc., a property management company that he founded in 1993. Val Roca provides specialized management services to owners of residential, commercial and industrial buildings and to unions and joint ownership associations in the greater Ottawa area.

Mr. Proulx has acquired a solid reputation as a property manager in all areas of the profession, including finance, administration and maintenance.

A native of Cumberland, near Ottawa, Mr. Proulx holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Ottawa and a master’s degree in commercial sciences from the Université Laval. He has been a member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario for over 30 years.
