Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship

The main focus in this area is skills development and tends to interest two clienteles: people younger than 18 and those between 18 and 35. The activities, projects and programs offered to the two clienteles mostly relate to entrepreneurship and employability.

The network’s mandate in this area is to be a catalyst in the integration of youth into economic development and to work in collaboration with the educational community, the business community and youth organizations to encourage entrepreneurship among young people, develop a culture of entrepreneurship in the communities and stem the tide of rural migration.
